About
Individual Therapy
I offer 1 to 5 sessions a week, depending on my patient’s needs. I use Dialectical Behavioral Therapy or Mindfulness training to identify the triggers for dysfunctional behavioral patterns. In conjunction, I use a family systems-based approach to change behavioral patterns involving family members or loved ones that may hinder the individual’s progress.
Individual sessions focus on 4 primary areas:
01
Identifying and Managing Life Stressors (i.e. academic, job, family dynamics)
02
Identifying and Managing Emotional Triggers
03
Identifying and Managing Nutritional/Medical/Neurochemical Components
04
When it comes to lifestyle issues, I offer Clean Eating and fitness coaching/support.
