There are sooooo many supplements available today, some good, some bad and some dangerous. On the other hand, I am the Supplement Queen according to my family and friends, so I definitely believe in them. I have recovered from life-altering problems by supplementing and my patients have reversed conditions that would have drastically impaired their lives. The trick is to know which ones work, which one hurt and which ones do nothing but empty your wallet. There are two ways to look at this; one is by identifying the supplements that correct a problem you are having (i.e. high cholesterol) and the other is to examine the problems positively affected by each supplement.
