Ingredients

• 4 large organic portobello mushrooms

• 4 large organic eggs

• 2 Tbsp organic grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

1. Carefully crack a single egg into the mushroom cap.

2. Top with some parmesan cheese.

3. Place on an oiled cookie sheet and bake at 375°F for 25-30 minutes.
