Neighborhood Chili Cook-off Winner Recipe

The perfect hearty meal for the cozy spooky season that has approached. There is a reason this recipe has won chili competitions, and I finally wrote the recipe down! Enjoy
- 6 cloves Garlic
- 1 1/2 Onion diced
- 1 tbsp Macadamia Nut Oil
- 1 1/2 Bottle Bottle of Cumin Spice
- 2 tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 tbsp Himalayan Salt (pink sea salt)
- 2 lbs 100% Grass Fed Ground Beef
- 2 cans Kidney Beans
- 1 can Black Beans
- 1 1/2 Jar Spice Arrabiata Organic 365 Sauce
- 1 Jar Organic Italian Herb Tomato Sauce
- Sour Cream (topping optional)
- 100% Grass Fed Raw Shredded Cheddar (topping optional)
In a large pot :
6 crushed garlic closed and 1/2 large diced onion in macadamia nut oil.
Add 1/2 bottle of ground cumin, 2 tbsp smoked paprika, 1 tbsp Himalayan salt, and pepper to taste.
Add 2 pounds of 100% grass fed ground beef and mix into sautéed onion and garlic mixture.
Add 2 cans of kidney beans, and 1 can of black beans.
Taste the mixture before adding tomato sauce and correct spices if needed.
Add 1/2 jar of spicy arrabiata organic 365 sauce and one entire jar of organic italian herb tomato sauce.
Simmer for half hour and serve with sour cream and or shredded 100% grass fed raw cheddar cheese.
