Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
Arrange 12 silicone baking cups on a large baking sheet.
In a bowl, whisk together the almond flour, alulose, baking soda, and cocoa.
Stir in the eggs, butter, and vanilla extract until the batter comes together.
In a food processor, pulse the unsweetened chocolate wafers with 1 tbsp of dolcedi syrup, pulse until the wafers are broken up, but not enough to turn them into a paste (5-10 pulses) the dolcedi syrup should be covering the chips.
Stir in the chocolate chips into the batter.
Take a tbsp full of the batter and place it in a small silicone cup on the baking sheet. Or use a larger silicone cup for a brownie.
Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the top of the cookie looks dry.
