Cheese lovers rejoice knowing that cheese, similar to other dairy products, is rich in calcium that aids in restoring lost minerals and strengthening your teeth against decay. This cheesy bake also includes spinach which is another great source of calcium and other nutrients that your body needs.
Ingredients
*all ingredients are organic and non-GMO

4 cups of frozen spinach

1 cup grass-fed whole-fat cream cheese

2 tbsp grass-fed butter
-
1 shallot
-
3 cloves of garlic
-
Salt and pepper to taste

Grass-fed parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat your oven to 375°F and thaw the spinach. Prepare the cream cheese by heating it in the microwave for 30 seconds until slightly soft.
Heat the butter in a saucepan and add the chopped shallots. Add the minced garlic a few minutes later and stir. Finally, add the spinach, creamed cheese and salt and pepper, and combine.
Transfer the mixture to a baking tray, sprinkle with parmesan and bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is golden.
Remove from oven and enjoy with dippables such as organic carrots, cucumbers, celery, crackers and more.
